Getting a little TOO big!

Yesterday was a big day...we had a car seat switch-er-oo!  While home in PA last week I got Reagan her new really big girl carseat (tax free in Delaware!).  This now converts to her high back booster and then boster that she'll eventually need.  She LOVES it!  It has a cup holder and everything!

This big guy has now inherited Sister's old car seat.  He was TOO BIG for his infant seat anymore, lengthwise and over the weight limit too!  Landon man seemed to enjoy his first day in his big boy carseat!  :)

AND just for kicks...here is Reagan's first ride in her big girl carseat, she was just over 8 months old, so a month older than LTK...time is going a little too fast!

Little Ballerina

The day that Reagan has been waiting for for so long finally came on Saturday morning...her first ballet class!  She was SO excited, despite the cold she came down with that morning.  (She had JUST gotten over a cold, literally was cold free for a day, awesome.)

Reags was a little hesitant walking into class, but her teacher is so sweet and there is a viewing window for parents.  She kept looking back to make sure I was still there.  Let me tell you, watching all of these little girls in their little leotards (ballet-tards) is pretty much one of the cutest things I've ever seen!

Getting ready to dance to the "Teddy Bear" song

All of the ballerinas!  This is a 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 year old class...I'm assuming the taller girls are on the older spectrum, then there is Reags, as someone told me last week at the park "you grow big babies" :)  Proud of it too ;)

It was an adorable thirty mintues of "ballet-ing."  Reaggie is excited for Daddy to take her next week...he stayed home so Bubs could take his nap.  On the way home Reagan said to me "Daddy gonna love watchin' me dance.  He gonna say 'Reaggie, you a great dancer girl!"  Too cute!

Rolling!

Just FYI...Landon is ROLLING everywhere now!!!!  Oh my... :)

Go Pack!

Today is a big day around here...Daddy has been pumping the kiddos up for the big State game, about to start.  We all wore some Wolfpack gear today, even Reaggie agreed to wear her State shirt to make Daddy happy :)  (Seriously, this is huge...the girl has SUCH an opinion on what she puts on!  I don't know where she gets it!?)

We ran to Target this morning, then picked up Keith at work so that he and Reags could get haircuts.  We went real fancy to Great Clips...I just didn't feel like driving all the way to the kid's haircut place that we usually go to.  The woman who cut Reag's hair did a great job and was so sweet.  Reaggie did great and asked for a lollipop at the end. :)

After haircuts we went up the shopping center to have lunch.  We were trying to think of the last time we all ate out together, it was the night before my birthday!  Yikes!!  Both kiddos did great though and we just might try to venture out to lunch with Keith a little more often.  At this stage, of Landon's life, lunch is just a lot easier than dinner.

GO PACK!!!!!!!!!!!

A Day at the Park

The weather yesterday was a little too pretty to not spend some time outside!  We hit up storytime, even though apparently it is over until April, so we just got some new books.  Reags is WAY into any princess book (obviously) and also the Barbie books.  :)  Here's a little story, more for memory...we were in the library, in the children's section, Reagan was looking at a book and I was giving Landon his bottle.  After his bottle I laid him on his changing mat on the floor (behind a bookcase and there was NO ONE else in this section of the library) to change him.  As I finished up changing him an employee, whom I've never seen, said "there is a changing table in the women's bathroom"  I said "thank you, but I'm all finished up."  She then proceeded to say, are you ready for this..."patrons sometimes complain when children are changed not in the changing area."  ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!  I understand if there were people around, I understand if he was 2, BUT HELLO he is 7 months old and there was NO ONE around!!  I was SOOO fuming, however, I had my children with me and had to set a positive example.  Seriously!?  Can you believe that?!  She said it in a snotty voice too which made it even worse!

Ughh...so after that we headed to the park so we could all blow off some steam :)  Bubs had so much fun in the swing and Reagan ran around like a chicken with her head cut off.  She is such a clutz, seriously...I don't think she saw one step throughout the playground.  She kept tripping everywhere, thankfully she didn't get hurt and we would just laugh about it.  I kept telling her to watch where she was going...oh well, she was having too much fun to look out for steps I guess!

After some play time on the playground, Reagan requested we go for a walk through the "forest."  There is a HUGE rock that she likes to play on, so we headed for that.  She kept running up and down it and I was just waiting for a wipe out, thankfully that didn't happen!

"Mommy, take a picture of Reaggie runnin' on the HUGE rock, kay?"

This little guy loved watching his sister being crazy...it won't be long before he is chasing after her!

6 Month Pics

We are going tomorrow for 7 month pictures, but here are the 6 monthers :)
