A Long Weekend in PA

Last Friday morning we loaded up and headed to the PA state for a long weekend visit!  Keith had off for Columbus Day, so that made for a nice excuse :)  ...not to mention there was a certain sweet little baby born that I just HAD to meet!

Within approximately 10 minutes of walking in the door Mum-Mum and Reags were busy icing and decorating some yummy cupcakes!

Silly boy!  He was SOOO happy to be OUT of that carseat!

...and within approximately 10 mintues, this was 1/8 off the mess this guy had already made!

Pretty cupcakes!

Saturday morning the day started early!  I got up, dressed and headed to the grocery store to pick up ingredients to take dinner to my friend Heather, who just had the baby, that afternoon.  After the store I helped get the kiddos dressed and ready, then out the door to pick up J by 9:30.  Once I got J we met everyone else at Milburn Orchard for a morning of fall fun.  The weather was originally supposed to be gross, but it turned out to be a great day!

The spider web!

Someboyd LOVED the slide!

Cute!

WEEEE!!  Inflatables are always a good time!

PLEASE tell this little man that he needs to SLOW down...does he not look 5 in this picture?!?!
(Those are his new big boy shoes!)

Having SO much fun in the hay!

After Milburn, we got home in time for Landy man to go down for a nap and I left to go see baby Tobin James!  Tobin was born on September 28, a week and a day late :)  He is just the most precious thing and such a peanut.  He weighed 7lbs. 10oz. when he was born.  Such a sweet boy.  I LOVED my snuggle time with him...I got LOTS of baby time :)

The sweet Chronisters :)  SOOO happy for this family...Tobin was a long awaited blessing!

Sunday morning family snuggles :)  Landon loves to "walk" Bailey around the house now!

Helping Pop-Pop with some pancakes!

Opening and closing the oven...SERIOUSLY!?!?

We hung out at my Dad's on Sunday!  I ran to the grocery store and got Reagan this pumpkin kit that came with 3 pumpkins and paint...I figured a fun little Sunday afternoon project :)  WELL, after doing my laundry yesterday, I discovered the paint was NOT washable.  I am SO mad!  Her adorable outfit is ruined as is my BRAND NEW sweater I had on, that just happened to be ivory!  Ughhhh!

On Monday we went to see Grandpa for a bit and then met J at the mall for lunch and a little shopping.  Keith and Landon left after lunch so Landon could nap, but apparently he had other plans for his daddy.  (Is it bad that I was secretly happy that Landon decided not to nap!?  Let's just say by the time we all got home from the mall Keith was already having a cocktail! ha!)  Anyway, the girls stayed to shop.  Mum-Mum and Pop-Pop bought the kiddos some very cute new outfits, which was so nice!!  Since Reagan was such a good girl in Gymboree, also very opinionated about what she liked and didn't like, I told her she could go to the Disney store to pick out a treat.  We walked out with some Pocahontas jewelry! (it's actually pretty cute and even matched her outfit!)

After the Disney Store Mum-Mum asked Reags if she would like to Build-A-Bear (talk about being spoiled for the day!).  Of course Reags loved the idea!!  She was sooo cute making her bear.  I have thought about taking her a few times and we just haven't, but I think she is kind of hooked now!  They were so sweet in there and just so happened to have a Cinderella dress for her new bear, who she happened to name Cinderella!

Fluffing the bear, which was a little loud ;)

Giving her bear a bath

Finished product!!

It was a great few days in the PA state...busy as usual, but so much fun.  Tuesday morning we were on the road before 9.  Let me tell you, that car ride with Keith in the car really is a lot less stressful, although I think I will drive next time and he can be the activity director :)

14 Months!

Yesterday this sweet man turned 14 months old.  It's funny because I remember that I didn't do a 13 month post for Reagan, just like I kind of skipped over that with Landon too.  Oh well, atleast it's fair :)

This month Landon is BUSY!  He is so funny, he has the sweetest personality (most of the time!).  He isn't talking anymore then "aww dum", "dadadada", and on a good day "mam" :)  Hopefully that changes kind of soon because he can "uh uh uh" until the cows come home!

Here is my list of what Landon has been into this past month:
* Spinning!  He loves to spin around...I prefer when this is done on carpet, but clearly that doesn't always happen!
* Pointing
* RUNNING!
* We went on Monday to get some fall/winter shoes...because his foot is so chubby, I was almost convinced he would be wearing this sandals all fall and winter ;)  Thankfully the sweet girl at Stride Rite found us a cute pair of sneakers in a size 7 1/2 XW (that were on sale!) and we scooped them right up.  Landon looks like such a big man in them!  I think he gets mad that he can't just rip them off his feet like his sandals!
*He continues to LOVE toys that he can push!  Cars, walking toys, the popper thing, chairs...if he can push it around he is a happy man!
* CLIMBING!  Where did this come from!?!?  Landon is going to hike Mt. Everest one day I think...he loves to climb on everything!
* With the nicer weather brings LOTS of outside time and the boy LOVES being outside!!  Again, pushing toys around is his favorite thing right now.  He also likes bubbles, chalk, and kicking balls.  He loves to go on walks too.  He loves to check things out!  He loves being outside SO much that we have had a few tantrums when it's time to come in...sorry sweet man, Momma's gotta make dinner somehow! ;)
* Dancing...oh my word can the boy shake his booty, probably one of the cutest things ever!  He loves to dance :)
* Loves Reagan!  When I say "Landy, want to go get sister at school??" he goes right to the door!  Precious :)  She is so sweet to him (most of the time) and calls him "Sweetheart" or "sweet baby"
* Blows kisses!
* Throwing and kicking anything and everything :)
* Loves sleeping with a lovey and always curls up with a few of them and his blankey
* Still wearing 18-24 month clothes...I anticipated 2T for the fall/winter but they are SO long!  2T tops will be fine I think :)  I also have him in size 6 diapers.  We were having a soaking problem at night, so to size 6 we went!

Landon man, I adore you!  You are the most precious boy and I love you to pieces.  You keep your momma VERY busy, but I wouldn't have it any other way!!

Preschool in September

As mentioned before, Reagan's teachers are AMAZING!!  We just love them!  At the end of each month they are sending out pictures from school during that month.  I just love these!!  Here are some showing that Reagan is having no fun at school :)  As a teacher, it makes me SO happy that she loves school and I just pray that she always has positive, encouraging, kind teachers!!

Serious CUTENESS!

Pumpkin Time!

On Sunday morning we ventured to the "country" to get our mums and pumpkins from the same place we have gone the past two years.  Last year Landon man was a just about 2 month old who was snoozing in the car...a lot changes in a year :)  It was a beautiful day!
What are all of those orange things?!

Stud!

Reaggie found the perfect one for her room

Love this boy!
There was another couple there, so I asked them to take our picture.  I'm not sure how, but she managed to make it just about as fuzzy as possible...oh well! :)

This bulldozer...oh my...my sweet girly girl has talked this thing non-stop since!

Being a boy...playing in the sand with a truck :)

Landon loved the doggie...we hated he was in the cage!

Weeeeee!
(How about her get up?!  ha!  She insisted on it...whatever!  It just screams fall doesn't it?!?!)

Someone also LOVED this too!

Pumpkins are drums right?

It was a fun morning out!  Have I mentioned how much I LOVE the fall???  So many fun things to do and the weather...I can't wait for the leaves!

Two Cuties Catch Up

Last week was a good week...I took like no pictures, I'm not sure why...  We went to a new park a couple times last week, which both kids loved!  Reagan loved making new friends there and saying "this is mommy and my baby brother Landy."  It was so sweet how she was sure to introduce us :)  Sweet girl!

The weather was just beautiful so we also had lots of playtime outside and went on LOTS of LONG walks!  (they both magically get quiet when they are in the wagon...)  Reagan seems to be over her cold, Landon had it last week and is just about over it now, however guess who has been blessed?!  ME!  Yuck!  Mommies aren't supposed to get colds!  Oh well...I'll keep sipping my airborne and popping some Tylenold Cold.

Just a couple pics of my cuties before taking Reags to school on Friday!

Running away from me...typical!  ALWAYS on the move :)

Saturday we met up with Heather, Baby Evie, and Starks at the mall.  (Reags was BEYOND excited to see "Baby" Evie!!)  Sarah (Starks) was in town for the weekend, so we met up for lunch.  I wish we had more chatting time, as 95% of my time was devoted to my precious kiddies, but it was still great to see each other!
