Reagan's Family 4th Birthday Party Weekend!!

Well Reagan had the longest stretched out birthday celebration ever!  We had her family party on the Sunday before her "real" birthday, which meant for a weekend of celebration.

The kiddos made pancakes with Pop-Pop on Saturday morning...Landon man is now officially big enough to be a helper and was very proud of himself that he could stand on a chair too to help!

See how proud he is?  This face...I love him to pieces!

Opa drove down on Friday night for the weekend, so he and Keith were able to go for a nice run on Saturday morning!

After party decorations were done it was time for this momma to get her hairs did...I was just going for a trim (and highlight...) and would up coming out MUCH shorter!!

After I got back I went ahead and gave the kiddos their bath in the pool ;)  Then we headed out to Daddy's Kictchen for dinner and of course a stop for ice cream on the way home!

Sunday was party day and this girl was SO excited to have ANOTHER Sofia party!

Reagan and Opa always get the cutest pictures together

Reagan really wanted "activities" at her party...water balloons and throwing sponges through a hula hoop were on her list!

ha, this kid went right to cleaning with the sponges...a boy after my own heart :)

She wasn't hot and sweaty or anything?!

Her card was singing to us, "Happy Birthday Princess!"  We love that song...I love R's face in this picture!

The best 4 generation picture we could get...

because then this happens!

It was such a great day and we had so much fun!  Reagan was SOO happy to have a family party this year and we are so excited that we'll be able to have them now each year.  I just can't believe my sweet girl is 4!!

A Trip to Gigi and Gramps'

Reagan and Landon were SO excited to go to Gigi and Mop's (yes, L is back to saying Mop!) house.  We went on a Wednesday and just stayed for the night, but had SO much fun!

We got there around 10am and Reagan was right away putting Gigi and Gramps to work :)

This guy was in hog heaven with a wagon, of course!

We went to Baugher's for lunch, which was delicious and it was crab soup day which was perfect timing.  It was such a nice day so after we ventured to the market we went to the little playground area and the kids had a blast!

We left Baugher's to head back so Landon man could take his nap...he slept GREAT!  Our plan for that evening was to go to a local fire company's carnival...the kiddos loved it!

Loving the fire truck

The kids had no fun on the rides...

We had some fair food for dinner and then HAD to stop by Huffman's for ice cream!  It was super past bedtime, but the kids did great.  Reagan even got to watch the sunset from Gran and Gramp's house, which she loved.

Silly Gigi...that ice cream was a drippy mess!

Thursday morning Gran put the kids "to work." :)  She pulled out an old big wheels of mine, so OLD, and had the kids clean it.  They were LOVING it!  Toothbrushes, scrub brushes, washclothes, soap, and water entertained them for a long time!

Then we went to Chick Fil A for lunch and stopped by Gramp's fire station.  The kids got to sit in the fire trucks and had a blast!

It was such a fun trip to see Gran and Gramps!  We are SO excited to live closer so that we can do it much more often :)

It's only about an hour and a half-2 hour trip to get back to my Mom's from Gran's...I was thinking piece of cake.  Well of course R decided she had to poop about 45 minutes into the trip and of course I didn't bring the potty because it was such a "quick" trip, so we stopped at a nasty Burger King.  Thankfully, after just about 2 more minutes back on the road they both passed out :)  We sat in the driveway for about 2 hours after we got home so they could continue their rest!

Happy Memorial Day!

The Sunday before Memorial Day the kiddos and I drove up to the PA state for a nice, long visit.  I left the house clean HOPING and PRAYING for some activity while we were gone!  We had a good trip up with no traffic, which is a modern miracle and the kids did great!  They were SO excied to see their Daddy (and grandparents!).

Monday was Memorial Day and it was a little chilly out, but my children's southern blood handled it just fine :)  We went to a small town parade that morning, which was perfect for Landon.  He LOVED it!  They had all of their fire trucks and ambulances and even a police car...which made this boy's day!

After the parade we headed back to Mom and John's for a little cookout and J came over for the day.  It was just a nice little day spending time with the family!
