Long Weekend in Rehoboth!

The day after Reagan's birthday we headed down to Rehoboth for a long weekend.  We had a great time, but the weather was not on our side.

We went to Funland after a yummy dinner at Jake's...these kids have been ride machines lately!

Reagan LOVED the Paratrooper this year!  I went on it first with her and then she convinced her Daddy to go to...either she has great negotiating skills or people just can't say no to this girl :)

Friday was a total wash!  It was pouring all day.  We went to good old Kmart because Bailey was out of food and Reagan had a $20 bill to burn, so she picked out a new baby doll.  We went to the outlets just to let the kids run on the sidewalk.

While L snoozed, Reags and Daddy had a date.  They went and got some candy,  rode a few of the covered rides, and picked up some Grotto's for dinner!  The rain stopped for awhile that evening, so we went down to the beach for a walk/time killer.  It was so fun!

Saturday morning we went downtown and rented a bike.  I was scared Landon wouldn't sit still, but thankfully he liked it :)

We stopped for a donut after our exerting bike ride...R and L really worked up an appetite sitting there and looking cute ;)

We ventured down to the beach late Saturday morning and lasted about an hour and a half...it was raining on and off the whole time we were down there, but the kids didn't mind.  When it really started to pour we packed it up and called it a day!

Sunday morning we went to the pool for a bit, but thanks to the chilly temperatures and the rain the water was pretty freezing.  Reagan and Keith got in, but L and I hung out on the steps.  After some pool time and lunch we packed up to head on back to Mum-Mum and Pop-Pop's!

We had a great long weekend at the beach!  Now when we go for our week in July we're hoping for clear skies EVERY day!! :)

Happy 4th Birthday Reagan!

June 5th marked Reagan's 4th birthday!  We were SO excited to celebrate with our big girl!

She got to open a couple presents in the morning and one was her croakie that she REALLY wanted...it's pink of course

It was the most PERFECT day outside, so we decided it was a great day to go to Dutch Wonderland in Lancaster.  It was a BLAST!!  We had SOOO much fun and the kids are at the best age for the park.

Where is Landon?  See the hair poking over the top of the stroller...he wanted NOTHING to do with the stroller, other than pushing it blindly, always a good time ;)

I wish I could have bottled up the kids pure joy while we were there...as we were going around the merry go round Landy kept smiling at me and saying "fun mama fun" So precious!

More Plasma bike fun!!

Here we are on the water flume ride...a very mini version of splash mountain...I think I went on this about 10 times with R, she went on a couple times with Mum-Mum and even got Pop-Pop to go on with her too!  She LOVED it!!  (Coming in close second was the rollar coaster, we did that about 6 times I think!)

It was such a fun day, but by 3:00 the little ones (and big ones!) were starting to get a little overly exhausted...within 5 minutes both kids (and Pop-Pop) were snooooozing away!

Thankfully Reagan's dinner request for the night was super low key...Panera!  Keith was able to stop on the way home from work to pick it up for us.

After dinner she opened the rest of her presents!

 

Then we finished the night with pink cake (strawberry...she insisted on it at the grocery store!) with pink icing!

Happy 4th Birthday sweet girl!  You fill everyone's life with so much joy and happiness.  We couldn't be prouder of the girl you are growing into and look so forward to watching all of the fun and excitement this year will hold!!  We love you to the moon and back a million times!

Pre-Birthday Fun!

The day before Reagan's birthday we had a fun playdate with Heather, Tobin, Mary, and Olivia.  We went over for lunch and the girls had a ball playing together!  It was so sweet and we can't wait for lots more fun playdates to come!

The kids new obsession, a Plasma car...SOO fun!!

Aunt Heather brought her SUPER fun ice cream ball, so we made homemade ice cream by tossing it around and had a yummy little treat.  We even sang Happy Birthday to the almost 4 year old :)
