Reagan Lost Her FIRST Tooth!!!

Saturday, October 11 was a big day around here!!  Reagan lost her very FIRST tooth!!  Her grown up tooth has been growing behind her baby tooth for quite awhile and the dentist assured us that baby tooth would come out soon, but a little girl I know was getting frustrated and was READY for it to come out.  My dad, Diane, and Jamie were coming over for dinner that Saturday and I had told Reagan that Grandpa was a great tooth puller, so she decided she wanted him to pull it for her.  Grandpa had to do a little extra wiggling, but he got it and Reagan couldn't have been more brave!

It's OUT!

Working on her letter to the tooth fairy!!

Hard to even tell with her other tooth there, but where the red hole is is where that sweet baby tooth was!

I was telling Reagan I remember just when I realized she even HAD a tooth!  It was Christmas of 2009, so she was just 6 months old, and we were on our way to visit my Grandpa on Christmas Eve.  I looked in Reagan's mouth and BOOM there were two little bottom toofers just barely poking through.

The tooth fairy came that night and left Reagan $5 and a special glittery note!

Catch Up Time!

My phone is driving me crazy...for some reason I can't get pictures off of it like I used to...SOOO I have resorted to taking pictures of my pictures :)
Landon loves doing "cafts" AKA crafts!  He was very busy one morning!

On Friday the 3rd we went to Filasky's, a little farm close to us, to get hay bales and corn stalks.  Landon LOVES going and riding the tractors there!

Once we got home the boys had to go for a quick spin together!

Friday afternoon was Reagan's All School Picnic...she was so excited!  It was so much fun!

That night Heath and I went to another live taping at QVC...we always have the best time there!

Soccer Saturday morning...Reagan was being the "assistant coach" for Landon's team!

On Wednesday the 8th Keith and I had the Easter Seals Annual Dinner, which of course I took no pictures of US, but Mum-Mum and Pop-Pop provided me with pictures from their day with the kiddos!

We got home late on Wednesday night after the dinner...bright and early Thursday morning was "The Blessing of the Animals" at Reagan's school.  They've talked so much about this and telling parents they can bring in their pets.  Reagan was so excited to have Bailey come to school!  WELL...on my way to school, to get the dog blessed, a frieckin' deer ran RIGHT into my van.  This thing came out of NO WHERE!!  I didn't even know what hit me/what I had hit until I looked in my rear view mirror and saw a deer flailing in the road.  It was no fun, but I was so thankful my van, Bailey, and I were ok.  Seriously...that deer was not a blessing to my day!

Mum-Mum and Pop-Pop brought some new jammies for little miss...there were even matching jams for her baby!

Coleman's for Pumpkins!

On Sunday, October 5th we went to Coleman's with the Hunts for a fun day of pumpkin picking!  The day could not have been nicer!

I told the Hunts they look good with a girl in their family...neither were amused :)

We picked up an extra Landon!

She found the perfect one!

We had a fun hayride out to the pumpkin patch and lots of playtime in the play area.  We finished our fun filled morning with brunch at Cantwells!

Pictures of Cuties!

Once upon a time, a long, long time ago Landon had picture day at preschool!  It was September 25th to be exact :)  He looked SO cute for his pictures!!  I just got his pictures back today and they are hilarious...I need to scan them in :)

Gigi, Gramps, Mum-Mum, and Pop-Pop came over that Thursday afternoon to visit and go out to dinner!  Reagan was so excited to read her Brown Bear book to everyone!

Just stylin' for school!

On Thursday, October 2nd Landon had "dress like a community helper" day at school...no surprise he chose a "worker man!"

Cuties and More Visitors!

Last Monday Landon and I had a "home day, home day" as they kids like to call it :)  They really love just staying home!  It was a beautiful day and Landon was happy as could be lining up all of Daddy's old matchbox cars.  Then we went for a nice bike ride!  Love special time with my little man :)

On Thursday this kid decided he didn't need a nap and was happy as could be about it :)  ha!  Momma wasn't so amused!

On Thursday night I went to Reagan's Back to School Night!  It was so cute.  We couldn't be more thrilled with Reagan's teachers and the learning that is going to take place this year!  I took pictures of Reagan's art for Keith, since he was the babysitter :)

They did a Chicka Chicka Boom Boom activity...so cute!  They read the book several times that week and Reagan came home every day ready to "read" it...then she'd get stumped and I'd try to help and you'd think I just cut off her right arm!  Kindergarten is great, but it's a long day and little miss is a tired, cranky little girl when she gets home.  Thankfully some snuggles and a snack seem to help...oh and a little iPad time :)

On Friday afternoon Keith's dad and Liz arrived!  We were so happy they could come visit.  We didn't even have any big projects for Heinz to be put to work on :)

Reagan couldn't wait to read Miss Liz and Opa her "Brown Bear, Brown Bear" book that she made in school.  They have been working on the book and reading color words since the first day of school.  The book is so cute and everytime I hear Reagan reading it, I kind of tear up...I can't believe my baby is starting to read!!

Saturday morning was soccer day again and picture day for Reaggie!

Landon and Reagan had their games at the same time again and that pretty much just does NOT go over well.  Landon wants Mommy, but Mommy has to go watch Reaggie, he melts down, Keith gets frustrated...it's a mess.  Landon does MUCH better when the games are at 2 different times...one of these days we'll figure it out.  Thankfully Liz and Heinz watched Reagan's game while I was with Landon and then we swapped, which eventually meant Liz walking Landon back to me...

It was a beautiful night so we went to the Chesapeake Inn for dinner and sat outside.  The kiddos kept saying they felt like they were at the beach :)  ha!  Then we walked around the cute little town for a big before heading home.

Reagan may have found a new outfit for herself in my closet and it just so happened to come with a matching outfit for her baby...she was thrilled!!

speaking of thrilled ;)

After a yummy breakfast on Sunday morning, Heinz and Liz hit the road.  It was a great weekend visit!
