Landon's spring break was the week after Easter, so we've had lots of quality time together :) In the month of March I think both kids were in school for about a week at the same time because of their different breaks!
bedtime snuggles...
..."Mommy that is a scary face, not a silly face"...
The Monday after Easter, Reagan had off as well, so we planned on painting pottery that day. We went around lunch time and by the time we got there, it's about 45 minutes away, Reagan wasn't feeling so hot. She said she just felt car sick...it took her awhile to get over that feeling, but as they were painting she started to feel better!
this is sweet sissy love!
Landon chose a bowl that he painted awesome stripes inside and then orange on the outside
Reagan got this rainbow piggy bank
and this girl just snoozed...and ate...then snoozed some more!
We stopped at a great ice cream spot on the way home, so good!
On Wednesday Landon has his "Kindergarten playdate" at St. Anne's...it was the first time I've dropped them both off together at school. L just had to stay a half day in a pre-K classroom. The original playdate was the day we came home from the hospital with Madalyn, so we had to reschedule. He was there from 8-12:30; so ate lunch and everything. He was a sad little man leaving mommy, but did awesome! We got a donut as a special treat afterwards and went to the park!
While L was at St. Anne's, I had some sweet time with this cutie!
Fun at the park!
Thursday morning before school snuggles
On Thursday we went to Sky Zone! Landon had been asking to go to the trampoline park and that seemed like a good day to go. Colleen's kiddos were on spring break too, so they came along as well. I decided since we weren't going until the afternoon that I would even surprise Reagan and pick her up early from school so she could come too! She was so surprised and pretty excited to find Bella in the car waiting for her too :)
ha...trying to get an action shot :)
After a fun hour of jumping we left Sky Zone and were going to stop for a treat on the way home. I had to get gas on the way home and Reagan moved her seat from the way back to her normal spot, which I thought was strange to want to move away from Bella. I could just tell R didn't feel good, but she assured me she was fine. Well, as we were in the drive thru line she unbuckled, held her hands over her mouth, and as I quickly tried to open the van doors, she got sick in the mulch of Chick Fil A! Poor thing...I totally chalked it up to being car sick because afterwards she said she felt totally fine and we played outside the rest of the afternoon. By the next morning she really wasn't feeling so well and wound up sleeping ALL morning long. Poor thing definitely got a bit of the stomach bug...no fun at all!
My tulips had their first bloom on Friday
BEAUTIFUL afternoon on Friday! This kid is AWESOME on 2 wheels and now can even start himself...he is just a little too big!
By Sunday a little girl was feeling totally herself, thankfully!
...and at 8:30 in the morning this boy and I were making butter cookies!
We had a great little break, but it was back to school on Monday!
