What a wonderful Christmas we had! It's so hard to believe that it's already over. We are certainly all VERY blessed!
Santa came!
Waiting SOOO patiently while Mommy took some pictures!
Let the tearing begin! I think they were through all of their gifts in about 20 minutes!
BITTY BABY!!!!!!
Blaze Monster Trucks!!
Yay! A pink leotard!!
This has been a HIT!! Karaoke machine!
...and the #1 requested gift...EASY BAKE OVEN!!
B found his stocking by sniffing it out and then pulling the toy out himself...it really was pretty cute!
YAY!! Santa found Everest!!!!
Singing, singing!
Large, pregnant Mommy stuffing her face with sticky buns...kiddos opening their gifts to each other. Reagan got Landon a Minion Fart Gun (lovely!) and he really wanted this. Landon got Reagan a hot pink Barbie car.
Reagan made this adorable little owl blanket for her baby sister.
Daddy loved this wrapping paper...I loved it too!
After presents were unwrapped, we had breakfast, played with toys and got ready to head to Mum-Mum and Pop-Pop's for more Christmas fun! It didn't take long for the kiddos to want to get right into their piles of more gifts!
After the kiddos finished opening gifts, Landon started complaining of his leg hurting. He gets growing pains often, so we put the heating pad on it and I thought that would help. He kept complaining, was so whiney, which he really isn't usually...so I took him upstairs to rest. Once we got upstairs I felt his forehead and he felt warm...my mom found a thermometer and his temperature was over 101! OF COURSE I didn't bring any Tylenol or anything with me and nothing was open. Thankfully Heather's mom, who lives so close by, had some Advil, so I went over to pick that up and by the time I got back Landon was already sound asleep. He slept for about 3 hours and then woke up still warm and leg hurting, so I was finally able to convince him to take some medicine. He went back to sleep for another hour and a half and when he woke up he was good as new! I really think he was just so tired from the excitement of the week and the late nights.
The next day we played with new toys, Daddy put things together, and I TRIED to somewhat organize our disaster zone of a house. ha! Then it was time to head to Mum-Mum and Pop-Pop's for a bit to wish Pop-Pop a Happy Birthday! We stayed there for about an hour and then headed to my dad's to celebrate Christmas with him. We had a yummy dinner and had a good time hanging out!
yes, those are drums...a drum set...a PINK drum set! :)
LOVE this..."It's Christmas and we're all in misery" :) CLASSIC!
Such a GREAT couple days celebrating with family. What a wonderful Christmas!! Now the countdown is REALLY on for baby girl!
