The 3rd week looked like this...
Little Moose started rice cereal!
Everyone needed a turn...Maddie wasn't so sure about it
nice face girly!
Jumperooooooo!
whooping my butt in some matching...this kid is SO good at games!! We always TRY, it's not like we let him beat us, but he always seems to win!!
Look at this sweetness in the bath...can NOT get enough of this little sweetness and all of her chunks!
glasses and wigs from sister and construction hats from brother...it's hard being the baby around here!
...not to mention Mommy putting the baby in the laundry basket so it's easier to carry everything upstairs!
Oh and did I mention that we were doing Vacation Bible School in PA this week? Every morning we were out of the house by 8, or a little before, to do the almost hour drive to PA. Reagan loves doing VBS at the church where she did preschool, so it's worth it, but so.much.driving! Landon was taking Dramamine every morning so he wouldn't get car sick and all was good. WELL...Thursday morning I had a board meeting, so I was out of the house by 6:45, meeting at 7:30, met Keith about 8:15 with the kids, and then we were onward to VBS. WELL...daddy forgot to give L his medicine and after 3 stops along the way thinking he was going to get sick, he finally did. Poor guy! We were 30 minutes late to VBS that day, which was fine. Let's just say Keith won't forget car sick medicine again ;) After it was over we went to swim with Nana...the kids were so excited!
She swam with them while I was on Maddie duty, it was so hot! Then I swam with the kids and Maddie fell right asleep in her arms. Sweet baby girl!
After swimming, we left around 5 and I knew traffic would be a nightmare SOOOO I decided the kids and I would stop at Charcoal Pit for dinner. Best burgers, fries, and milkshakes around. I was just pumped to not have to worry about dinner when we eventually got home. Thank goodness I heard the traffic report on the radio because the way I would normally go home was backed up for MILES, so we took a different route and made it home in time for little miss to play and go right to bed. LONG DAY, but fun!
Last day of VBS!
...Landon did NOT stay at VBS, we tried, wasn't happening, didn't fight it. Ugh. Anyway, he was able to swim with his buddy Tobin on Friday morning and then we picked up the girls for a sleepover at our house Friday night! Reagan had spent the night at Anna's on Tuesday and now it was Anne's turn at our house!
Anna loved having baby snuggles!
The girls enjoyed their dinner al fresco!
After running around in the sprinkler and showers, it was time for a movie and popcorn...sweet girls even let Landon join in on their Barbie movie selection :)
Saturday I headed (solo!!) to MD to visit Gramps, who had back surgery the week before. He was looking great and feeling great too! SO glad!
That night was the wedding shower for a cousin at a super cute little winery, so it was fun I could go to that too!
Pretty bride to be in the middle with her mom, aunt, grandmother, and sister :)
...did I mention I was kid free for the night?!...
