Finally, Finally, FINALLY after many, many months of going back and forth with neighborhoods, floor plans, builders, STATES...we are officially signed and ready to start building our dream house in Middletown, Delaware!! We are so excited!!

Originally the neighborhood was to be built on a golf course, they built 7 holes and then the market crashed. SOO no official golf course, but there is a green behind our lot!
Keith and I and some of the great people we worked with to make this happen! Kellie, on the right, brought a big old bottle of wine to celebrate with...we polished that off and we were all even happier after that :)

We are so excited to be moving forward! Looks like a January completion date, so we will be excited to go check out the property every week to see what's new. Now let's pray for a mild winter with no blizzards holding things up :)
