Landon is THREE!!!

On August 2nd our Landy man turned THREE!!  I just can't believe it!
He literally was up for 2 seconds and Reagan couldn't wait for him to open his presents!  She had worked SO hard the day before, for about an hour, wrapping all of his gifts.  She chose the pink paper with red hearts in case you were guessing :)

Sweet boy was so excited and you'll never guess what most of his gifts were...trucks!!
(and yes that is my lazy self still lying in bed with a 12 year old Derby Days t-shirt on)

The birthday boy requested french toast for his special breakfast!

When we asked Landon what he wanted to do on his birthday he kept saying, "help Daddy put the swingset together."  HOWEVER, once I said I needed to go to the grocery store to get ready for his party, both kids INSISTED on coming with me.  SO that was his morning fun :)  I asked him what he wanted for lunch and he chose a lovely Lunchable at the grocery store...easy enough and made him a happy boy!

his spread at the family party :)  He wanted "pink chicken" which is ham, mashed tooties, mac n' cheese, and Gigi bread.  Thankfully Gran had some in her freezer that she could bring!  We also had salad and delicious corn on the cob!

With just three kiddos and a pinata, they each got a LOT of candy!

for the family party he wanted a fire truck cake!

We celebrated Gran's birthday too, which was the next day!

licking the icing off of the bottom of the fire truck that was on the cake!

Sunday morning we went out to breakfast and found a place that would serve Gran a banana split for her birthday breakfast!

We got Gran candles for her birthday and the kids were very proud of the scents they had picked out.  They kept going around the table so everyone could smell the candles :)

The birthday girl!!

And this is what the rest of the afternoon looked like...

Grandpa came over to celebrate and brought MORE presents!

...and we got to sing one more time!

We hope you had a WONDERFUL birthday sweet man!!  We love you!!
