Disney World 2016!!

Oh my gosh, this post has taken me FOREVER!!  Weeding through over 600 pictures was a challenge; there are so many more I wanted to include, but you get the gist!

On Saturday, October 22 we left for Disney World!  The afternoon before I dropped our sweet Maddie off at Mum-Mum and Pop-Pop's for the week and we missed our girl SO much, but it was nice not have nap time and bottles since we were so on the go!  Thank you Mum-Mum and Pop-Pop!!

We left early Saturday morning from BWI!

In Florida!  We stayed off property and this was our hotel, it was great.  Our room wasn't ready when we got there, so we headed to Downtown Disney, which is not called something else, but I can't remember what!

Lego Store!

We walked around and  had dinner at the Rainforest Café we were STARVING!!!!!!

We found a Walmart down the road from our hotel so we picked up a few snacks and breakfast things to have in the room. I think one of the highlights of the kid's trip was being able to actually scan their own groceries at the self check-out. I'm serious!

Little iPad before bed :)

Day 1:  Magic Kingdom

I got teary eyed when we first arrived and we saw the castle...it's just so fun

Fall was adorable, I've never been at this time of year, but the decorations were very cute!

The one character Reagan wanted to meet this day was Snow White...we tried FOUR TIMES to meet her at the front of the park and EACH TIME we were told "Snow White is busy with the dwarfs, she'll be back soon."  SERIOUSLY?!?!  We probably walked 10 miles just back and forth to try to meet her...grrrrr!!!!  Thankfully, Reagan was a trooper about it :)

my favorite pic of the week...love these precious babes!

Day 2:  Animal Kingdom

We ran to the new Everest Expedition roller coaster and only waited about ten minutes...this is the before!

OMG...this is a NO joke roller coaster!  The kids and I thought we were going to vomit, although Landon will just say he had a headache.  Reagan is now traumatized of roller coasters, but it was fun...and fast!

This is .2 seconds before he smacked into a faux rock waiting for the Bug's Life show...poor guy!

Reagan snapped this pic...love it!

We ventured to Epcot this night for dinner in Germany.  It was so much fun!  Disney is so cautious and aware of food allergies, which we obviously appreciate so very much.  At each meal a chef came out to us to talk about what the kids could and couldn't have...the chef in Germany said NOTHING on the buffet had peanuts, not even desserts.  Reagan was SO excited to just be able to try anything she wanted.  I think it just made her day.  Bless their hearts, we're always so worried when we're out about peanuts and to be told "you're fine with ANYTHING" was literally like the best news EVER.  Worth the price of admission right there!

Reagan and I went down to dance during "Oktoberfest!"

Day 3:  Hollywood Studios

The kids and I went right for Mickey and Minnie and then to the Toy Story ride!  Keith went right for Rockin' Roller Coaster...Landon was too short and Reagan was still traumatized from Everest the day before!

We all did Tower of Terror!  We met the most precious girls from England in line that were assuring Reagan it would be fine, it was their 3rd time that day on it.  Reagan then insisted on talking like she was from England for the rest of the day!

We had a great lunch with some of the favorites!

I got to see Beauty and the Beast, which we just love!

We ended the day with swimming and dinner by the pool!

Day 4:  Epcot

We RAN through Epcot as SOON as it opened to get in line for the Frozen ride.  The line was ALWAYS atleast 90 minutes, up to 210 minutes, we saw on the app.  We waited 10 minutes and it was cute, but good grief I would NOT wait 3 hours for it!!  Reagan was excited!

After the ride we went right over to meet Anna and Elsa.  The new little "house" they've built for them is so cute!

FINALLY met Snow White, at Epcot...4 days later!

Keith waited in line over an hour, so he wanted a picture too! :)

After this Keith and Landon went back to the hotel to swim and Reagan and I RAN to Magic Kingdom for her appointment at the Bippity Boppity Boutique!  She was SO excited and we even brought her princess dress this time!

she literally thought she was a princess :)  it was so dag gone cute!

We met Keith and Landon at Epcot to do Test Track AGAIN and we were able to get VIP seats for the fireworks show that night.

As we were walking to our spot for the show a Disney employee stopped Reagan and asked for HER autograph...needless to say, Reagan thought that was AWESOME!!!

This was our latest night and the kids were POOOOOPED!!!

Day 5:  Magic Kingdom

We RAN right to the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, because that also typically has a long line.  We waited about 15 minutes and once it was over the kids said, "that was it?!"  Ha!  Totally not the scariest roller coaster, but it was fun.  These kiddos are just Space Mountain, Splash Mountain junkies :)

Reagan could NOT wait to meet Belle, could NOT wait.  We meet her and she doesn't even smile!!

We LOVE the Carousel of Progress!  "It's a great big beautiful tomorrow...."  We did this I think 6 times during the trip!

October 28th:  Our TENTH Anniversary and heading home to see our baby!

We had SUCH a GREAT trip!  Of course there was the sibling arguing and the sweating from literally RUNNING through all of the parks to get to a ride before their was a long line, but we made some WONDERFUL memories and had so much fun.  We can't wait to go back soon and take our Maddie with us!

(I am SO glad this post is over!)
