Pretty nice coming home to this in our yard!
During the two weeks we were gone we had more showings than we had had in two months...thank you Lord for that!! The day of Reagan's family party a family came to see our house that morning, they came back that afternoon, and by that Tuesday they had made an offer!! After some negotiations and another trip back to our house we had a signed contract!! YAHOO! We are scheduled to close the end of July, so now we really have to make the most of our time in the NC state! Fingers, toes, eyes, and everything else crossed that this is FOR REAL a done deal now!!
Now onto the whole figuring out where we're going to live thing... :)
