Mum-Mum and Pop-Pop came back from Chicago last week and the kids couldn't wait to see them! As soon as they got home it was time to finish decorating the tree in the kitchen!
phew...had to relax with popcorn and watch Charlie Brown's Christmas...although neither sat still for the whole time, but Landon man sure did enjoy that popcorn!!
Wednesday after school we went to Schmidt's Tree Farm, the same place their field trip was, to get the Christmas tree. They were so excited to play in the mulch again! They had a quick "picnic" lunch in the car and it was time to pick out the tree :)
We weren't going to cut down our own tree, but another couple was, so we were able to hitch a ride on their hayride. It was so fun!
It was SOOO bumpy, which Landon LOVED and is why my picture is so blurry!

This was our van's first tree :) In NC the little place we went in town delivered it right to our house, which was so sweet! I felt pretty official driving home with a tree on my roof :)
